PURPOSE:To efficiently totalize the total number of parts data for plural printed circuit substrates in each block and their price by registering a reference file consisting of collected groups of plural parts in the list of a final file. CONSTITUTION:The final file stored in a storage device stores parts information by a name 'A-1O00.DB' for instance. A 'FIL' code in a code column means the registration not of parts but of a reference file and the reference file is 'U-OOO1.DB' written in a type name. The type name is also provided with a similar file format and another reference file 'U-0002.DB' can be registered. Thus the collected group of fixed parts is previously prepared as a reference file and the reference file is registered in the final file when necessary, so that a parts table can be efficiently prepared and the totalization of the parts data can easily be executed.
