PURPOSE:To control the driving of a lens without increasing the number of parts. CONSTITUTION:First detection patterns (W30 and T40) by which a prescribed position is detected and second detection patterns (21 and 22) by which the position and/or the moving quantity of the photographing lens is detected when it is moved to a focusing position are constituted in a lens driving device which can drive the photographing lens to a previously decided prescribed position in the optical axis direction of the photographing lens and which can also drive it to the focusing position where the lens is focused on an object. Simultaneously, they are constituted so that at least one parts (W30, T40, 21 and 22) of the first detection patterns and the second detection patterns are integrally formed. |
