<p>PURPOSE:To provide the information recognizing device which can be utilized easily, and also, recognizes entry information which can enlarge the use environment. CONSTITUTION:An image detecting part 3 executes a writing implement locus sampling flow and a writing character sampling flow, based on image photographed by a camera 2, detects an origin coordinate of the entry surface to be entered and writes it in a detection RAM 5, detects successively a position coordinate based on the tip locus of a writing implement at the time of being entered on space and writes it in the detection RAM 5. An image recognizing part 4 executes the writing character recognition flow, based on origin coordinate data detected by the image detecting part 3 and written in the detection RAM 5, position coordinate data written successively and adjacent area variation data, recognizes character data by expanding the data which is being entered into a recognition RAM 6, stores the recognized character data in a main memory 7, and also, when a recognition start mark and a recognition end mark are detected on space 20, entry information within a range of its mark is recognized.</p> |
