<p>PURPOSE:To improve the noise preventing effect on a flocked type inner cable and reduce the release of pile. CONSTITUTION:Pile 8 is radially planted around wadding 7 in advance to form a molding 3, and the molding 3 is wound and stuck to grooves 9 formed with the spiral teeth 2 of a geared cable A and a core cable 1 or into plies of the outer layer of a shaft cable to obtain a flocked type inner cable. The pile 8 planted radially around the wadding 7 is packed into the grooves 9 and plies so as to be collected, and the flocked pile density is increased. The pile 8 is firmly stuck around the soft wadding 7, the wadding 7 is wound on the geared cable A and the shaft cable, and the pile 8 is not released.</p> |
