The antenna comprises an ordered series of N hydrophone elements (11...112) fixed on to a support (2) around an axis oriented along a direction (3) of this support, the hydrophone elements (11...112) being arranged in such a way that the listening angles are adjacent to one another in order to cover a listening sector of at least 360 DEG around the fixed direction (3) of the support (2), each hydrophone element consisting of hydrophones (6...17) which are suitable for operating in adjacent frequency bands.
