PURPOSE: To make a toggle easily actuatable by entering the clamp nose of the toggle into the overhung section of a base plate from the bottom side and providing a clearance between the nose and the lower edge of the overhung section of the base plate. CONSTITUTION: A hinge belt, composed of a pivot head section 53, a hinge arm section 50, an a cover frame 44, is engaged with a base plate 11 together with an adjusting plate 42 and a fixing plate 11. In this case, a support surface, which is engaged with the corresponding surface of the base late 1 is provided on the front surface of the fixing plate 11 and an elastic supporting toggle 26 having a clamp nose, is arranged at the end section of the fixing plate 11. At arranging of the toggle 26, an overhung section 8 having a slope is formed in the rear section of the base plate 1, so that the clamp nose does not come into contact with the slope, when the clamp nose is actuated. Near the rear notched section of the overhung section 8, in addition, a clearance is formed against the lower edge of the overhung section 8 of the base plate 1. In order to stabilize the position of the fixing plate 11, the clamp nose of the toggle 26 is entered into the base plate 11 from the bottom side, and the actuation of the toggle 26 is facilitated by providing a space in this section. |
