PURPOSE:To provide a moving shelf system capable of easily forming an intermediate passage having a fixed width. CONSTITUTION:A system consisting of a plurality of moving shelves and capable of forming an intermediate passage between all the moving shelves is provided with detecting means 14, 15 for detecting the formation of the intermediate passage between the moving shelves; and a control part 20 for moving and collecting all the moving shelves on one moving end side, then simultaneously moving all the moving shelves toward the opposite side, and successively stopping them from the moving shelf for which the formation of the intermediate passage is detected by the detecting means. |
