<p>PURPOSE:To control a speed by forming at least part of a movable element of a coil, obtaining thrust force by an induced current generated in the coil, and varying the current flowing to the coil. CONSTITUTION:Primary sides 4 are disposed at a suitable interval at rails 2. Proximity sensors 5 are disposed at front and rear of the side 4, and interlocked with a power switch 6. The switches 6 are laid along the side 4 and the rails 2, and connected to a power source line 7. A controller 12 calculates a necessary thrust due to a deviation between a present speed sent from a speed sensor 11 and a set speed, sends a command to a current controller 9 to control the current. The controller 9 controls an amplitude of the current flowing to a coil of a secondary side 8. That is, the coil is suitably opened or closed, its flowing current is increased or decreased thereby to regulate thrust generated at the side 8, thereby controlling a speed of a linear conveying truck 1.</p> |
