摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide a paper feeding device which is constituted to shorten an elevation time, provide high positioning precision, reduce the generation of noise during high speed elevation, and improve the transmission efficiency of a driven force. CONSTITUTION:A paper feeding device having a differential pulley decelerating mechanism comprises first and second pulleys 20 and 15 arranged to the upper part of a frame 30; third and fourth pulleys 21 and 14 located to the lower part of the frame 30; fifth and sixth pulleys 10 and 7 located between the third and fourth pulleys 21 and 14; seventh, eight, and ninth pulleys 19 and 16 on the list 22 side, and differential pulleys 9 and 6 having different diameters. A second timing belt 8 is run around the pulleys 9 and 6. The pulleys 6 and 9 and the timing belt 8 are driven such that a difference in a peripheral velocity is produced between the pulleys 10 and 7. An electromagnetic clutch to engage the pulleys 10 and 9 with each other are located therebetween, and an electromagnetic brake to stop the rotation thereof is arranged to the pulley 21.</p>
