<p>PURPOSE:To provide a paper sheet containing device which is constituted to eliminate a need for a special reversing route and simplify device structure by a method wherein a paper sheet having size below a given is switched back on a conveyance route by using a conveyance route where a paper sheet having size exceeding a given size is contained in a state to be suspended in an inverted U-shape. CONSTITUTION:When a paper sheet is of a given size or larger, the paper sheet is discharged through a discharge port 130b and the paper sheets are contained in a hanger means 400 in a state to be suspended in an inverted U-shape. In case the paper sheet is of the given size or smaller, after the paper sheet is conveyed once to a position where the rear end part in a conveying direction of the paper sheet passes through a branch point, the paper sheet is reversed. The paper sheet is conveyed to second conveyance routes 250 and 280 and contained in paper discharge trays 270 and 300.</p> |
