PURPOSE:To adjust the time of a clock automatically and accurately by providing a voice recognition part for converting time voice to time data and a time- signal sound recognition part for converting time-signal sound to time-signal signal in real time. CONSTITUTION:A voice signal input as time-signal voice information is sent to a voice sampling part 11 of a voice recognition part 1 and recorded as a voice pattern. Then, the voice pattern is analyzed by a voice pattern analysis part 13 along with the voice pattern data recorded to a voice pattern data table 12 prepared previously, the time instructed by the voice signal is recognized, and then it is sent to a data conversion part 3 as time data. Then, when time-signal sound, where the arrival of time instructed by the voice signal is indicated, is input to a time-signal sound recognition part 2, it is recognized in real time and output to the conversion part 3 as a time-signal signal. The conversion part 3 combines the time data with the time-signal signal, converts it to a data format suitable for the time adjustment of a clock, etc., and then outputs it the outside as a time-signal data signal. |
