PURPOSE:To reduce the quantity of operator's operation and to improve processing efficiency by making it possible to process inquiry processing and fund moving processing by simple operation even when there are plural accounts to be processed. CONSTITUTION:In a system connecting terminal equipments to an ANSER center 11 through communication lines and allowing subscribed banks to receive prescribed ANSER service, an account master file for storing objective account information in each group, ANSER center connecting information, etc., and a group master file for storing a group code for selecting an objective group are previously set up in a hard disk 5. When a processing item and a group code are inputted from a keyboard 3 to a main menu display screen, a processor 2 accesses the center 11 while referring to the stored contents of the group master file and the account master file, automatically executes processing for an objective account in the group and displays and prints out the processing result on a display device 4 and from a printer 6. |
