PURPOSE:To perform the pre-processing and post-processing treatments of an insert member simultaneously with molding and easily embody an automatic insert molding machine. CONSTITUTION:A resin molding part applying resin molding to the insert member 1 continuously transferred and supplied from one end of a mold 3 subjected to opening and closing operation to the other end thereof is provided to the mold 3 and a press processing part 5 is provided at least on the side of the transfer base end of the insert member 1 of the resin molding part. A cutting processing part 6 is provided on the side of the transfer leading end of the insert member 1 and a specific position of the insert member 1 is subjected to resin molding in the resin molding part by the opening and closing operation of the mold 3 and the other specific position thereof is subjected to press processing at the same time by the press processing part 5 at the same time and the other different production position thereof is cut at the same time by a cutting processing part 6 and an insert molded product subjected to press processing by the opening and closing operation of the mold 3 and the transfer and supply of the insert member 1 is successively cut and discharged. |
