When mixing (I) and (II), the ratio of Cr/Fr is 12-25 wt.% and the agitated. pH is controlled to 7-8 by adding alkali solution and the heavy metal is isolated by precipitation. A small grain is made from heating, combustion and drying of deposit and has 11.0-12.5 % as reflectivity at 700 nm and 0.08-0.30 μm as distribution of particle and not discolored.
