The textile having excellent wearing and tactile sensation and strength, heat resistance is prepd. by mixed spinning of cotton and polyamide fiber to be fully substituted. The process comprises: (A) the core part (I) is consisted of polyamide fiber that has over 28 of LOI and 20 g/d of tensile strength and 500 g/d of tensile modulus; (B) the sheath part (II) is consisted of cotton fiber of sliver state; (C) making the sheath core fiber (III) by mixed and rubbed spinning; (D) after weaving and dyeing of (III), fireproofing treatment.
