The method produces manufacturing device and method of plastic gravel which is made from clay in order to overcome limit usage of natural gravel. The device comprises (A) a screening part (10) to clay; (B) an extruder (20) through extrusion die (25); (C) a cutting-off part (27) and a furnace (40) for plastic working; (D) a conveyer (15,35) to transfer from screening part (10) to extruder (20) and from extruder (20) to furnace (40).
