It also comprises means (60, 61, 55) for controlling the said operating means (10, 20) so as to cause the blade (8) to change from the tensioned state to the relaxed state, these means comprising a detector (60, 61) for detecting contact of the hand of the user with the blade (8) worn by the hand of the user.
