PURPOSE:To simply provide a catheter gradually discharging argatroban and having a good anti-thrombogenic effect over a long period by forming the catheter of a specific organic polymer material impregnated with and stuck to a piperidine carboxylic acid hydrate and the like. CONSTITUTION:This catheter is formed of a specific organic polymer material. The organic material is impregnated and stuck with a (2R, 4R)-4- methyl-1-[N<2>-(RS)-3-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-8-quinoline sulfonyl-L-alginyl]-2- piperidine carboxylic acid hydrate. Thereby, argatroban is gradually discharged, and the catheter having a good anti-thrombogenic effect over a long period is simply obtained. |
