METHOD FOR ENHANCING INJURING ACTIVITY OF LYMPHOCYTE AGAINST CANCER CELL

PURPOSE:To enhance the injuring activity of lymphocyte against cancer cells by culturing the lymphocyte collected from a human body in a medium containing cytokinin and human lysozyme. CONSTITUTION:Human lymphocyte collected from a human body is cultured in a medium containing a cytokinin such as lymphokine and human lysozyme. The cultured human lymphocytes are returned into the body of a cancer patient and are useful for the adoptive immune remedy of cancer, especially for TIL remedy.
