When a prepared dosage is dropped into the drug drop opening (2,2a,2b) on the frame plate (1), drug packaging material foleded in V shape is continuously fed into the direction of a supporting plate (4). A gripper (7) and a cutting blade (9) driven by a cylinder (6) and a stopper (8) are installed on the both sides of the supporting plate. A drug bag (3a) is sealed by melting fusion with an iron, and cut by a cutting blade (27) and both grippers (23, 23a). A cutting hole (33) is formed in the drug bag material through a hole (5).
