PURPOSE:To easily and cleanly coat the piercing earring stem with a plastic film having a low allergic property to an ear tab. CONSTITUTION:A thin tubular member 8 which consists of a transparent thermally shrinkable plastic blank material having the low allergic property to the ear tab and into which the stem 1 is loosely insertable is prepd. After the stem 1 is loosely inserted into this tubular member 8, the member is immersed into water, etc., heated to a prescribed temp. The tubular member 8 is then shrunk by heat and is brought into tight contact with the stem 1 along its shape. As a result, the stem 1 is easily and cleanly coated with the transparent plastic film having the low allergic property to the ear tab. |
