A permanent intravenous injection needle, comprising two passage channels for reflux of blood; one being an internal cavity of an inner, metallic needle (3), which constitutes the basic structure of a conventional permanent intravenous injection needle, and another consisting of a channel (7) formed at the surface of the internal needle (3) and extending from the proximal sharp edge as far as the base of the internal needle (3). By visual observation of reflux of blood in these two passage channels, separately, the vein can be punctured with the permanent intravenous needle precisely, quickly and safely. <IMAGE>
