Adjusting device for construction vehicles with a folding leader and a swivel arm, arranged on a lifting slide in such a way as to be liftable and lowerable and also swivellable in a vertical plane, as support for a jib. The leader and the swivel arm can be swivelled by means of adjusting and aligning cylinders into their transport position with an essentially horizontal position of the leader and from the transport position back into their working position with a vertical position of the leader. An aligning cylinder (9) and two adjusting cylinders (8) are provided for the adjustment. The aligning cylinder (9), arranged on the swivel arm (2), acts on a slide (11) carrying a transverse spindle (10), while the two adjusting cylinders (8) each extend between an end of the transverse spindle (10) and two articulation points (12) on the leader.
