A torque distributor mechanism 11 comprises a first P(1) and a second P(2) planetary gear mechanism. Of the pairs of planet carriers 12(1), 12(2), ring gears 15(1), 15(2) and sun gears 14(1), 14(2) in these planetary gear mechanisms P(1) and P(2), one of the pairs is connected to two output elements 5, 8 of a differential D, another pair 14(1), 14(2) is interconnected non-rotatably, and one 15(2) of the components of the remaining pair 15(1), 15(2) is fixed while the other 15(1) is connected to a drive source 18. It is thereby possible to reduce the diameter and weight of the torque distributor mechanism 11 and increase design freedom. <IMAGE>
