Valve for connection in an infusion line, comprising a valve seat which is arranged between a feed line and an outflow line and has the shape of a cylindrical outer surface on which a valve body in the form of an elastic tube ring rests. The latter ring is subjected to peripheral tension and seals the feed line which preferably possesses the form of radial channels. The valve is simple and inexpensive to produce and can nevertheless be dimensioned very accurately with regard to the opening force even under low pressures, so that unintentional emptying of a syringe, connected to an infusion line, of an injection pump can be prevented by use of the valve in an infusion line. <IMAGE>
