The present invention relates to an underfloor guide arrangement for drawers with telescopic slide mechanism, having a drawer rail (5) fixed to the drawer and a carcass rail (8) fixedly connected to the furniture carcass (10), as well as a middle rail (15) which is in load-transmitting engagement with the drawer rail (5) and the carcass rail (8), the middle rail (15) being in each case displaceably mounted in the rails (5, 8) in the longitudinal direction thereof by vertically and horizontally arranged rollers and/or balls. To achieve a synchronization during the pulling-out and pushing-in movement of the drawer guide arrangement between the drawer rail and the middle rail (15), a friction wheel (21) is rotatably arranged on the middle rail (15) between a running face (25) of the drawer rail (5) and an opposite running face (26) of the carcass rail (8), which friction wheel moves on rolling contact on the running faces (25, 26). On pulling-out the drawer (2) this friction wheel (21) is also rotated therewith and simultaneously rolls off upon the fixed running face of the bent-off edge (11), whereby the centre of rotation of the friction wheel (21) and thus the middle rail (15) move synchronously therewith by half the displacement travel relative to the displacement movement of the drawer rail (5).
