The plug-in section and connection section of each contact member (in particular high-current contact member) are designed as parts which can be handled initially separately and which are combined by means of an always identical bolt, integral with the plug or connection section, which can be pressed with a tight fit into a corresponding bore of the respective other section. This results in a reduction of the parts to be kept in stock, since a contact member can be constructed for the respective application by joining correspondingly selected plug and connection sections.
