To reduce the burning temperature and to increase the electromechanical coefficient it is offered to insert boric acid H(3)BO(3), preserving the component relation as follows:x+y+z=1,a=0.005-0.03,b=0.5-0.95,x=0.1-0.4,y=0.3-0.5,z=0.2-0.5,MnO(2) - 0.14-0.48,B(2)O(3) - 0.16-0.52 (mass percent above stoichiometry).Inserting manganese oxide together with boric acid enables the formation of vitreous phase providing the following properties to the material obtained:sintering temperature, K - 1,120-1,220,dielectric permeability - 2,179 - 2,240,electromechanical coefficient, % - 63-66,Piezomodulus, 10<12> m/V - 230-246,electromechanical quality factor - 1,580-1,680,Curie temperature, degree C - 284-288.
