A footware apparatus to assist an exercise of a foot in walking or running was manufactured by utilizing an expansion and shrinkage of a spring installed backward and forward in the bottom of the sole. Plate springs (3,3') are fixed by ribets (4,4') on the bottom of backward and forward of an upper plate (2), and subsidiary springs (5,5') are curvedly fixed in the plate spring. Bumper rubbers (6,6') are formed in the center of the upper side.
