This invention is intended for use in the food processing industry, namely, specifically in the production of non-alcoholic beverages. The aim of this invention is to prolong the storage time of the drink, to increase the vitamin content, and to improve the taste qualities of a non-alcoholic drink. The drink consists of sugar, citric acid, an aromatising agent, herbal extracts, tea infusion, carbon dioxide, and water. Additionally, ascorbic acid and sorbin acid or its salts, and herbal materials such as quince or chokeberry fruit juices or extracts, and green tea infusion or its concentrate are added. The quince or chokeberry fruit extracts can be added to the beverage as a water or a water-alcohol infusion or concentrate. The components are taken in certain prescribed mass proportions.
