It is the object and the aim to avoid these disadvantages. Solution to the problem: By applying different forces on to the penis around the penis circumference the force can be varied easily and quickly. Due to the different magnitudes of spring pressure of the elongate members and the restoring force in the connection member, the space available to the penis changes. The blood can easily fill the cavernous bodies, excessively quick backflow of blood is prevented without strangulation of the penis. This results in a pleasant, hard erection which can be maintained for as long as desired and as frequently as desired. Applications: Impotence and impaired erection.
