An effect for shock absorbing and fashion are simultaeneously obtained by inserting the cushion member in the heel of a shoe. Two flanges (1') with a specific height are projectively installed in a transparent synthetic resin tube member (1), a core member, having an uneven face displayed a figure or a character and a blanked face, are inserted into a core member hole (3) to give a title cushion member. The uneven member (10) is formed in the undergrounded face of the tube member(1); a projection (11) on the inner wall of the hole (3); an uneven groove (12) on the blanked face (5) of the core member. A stopper (13) having a projective wheel, an uneven groove (15) and a cutoff wall (16) are inserted into the both sides of the hole (3).
