The dashboard, especially for motor vehicles, comprises an upstand designed to support a transparent glass carrying a film (1) designed to support at least one dial filter (3) on its front face (5), at least one indicating range (4) of which dial is intended to be back-lit through an opening (2) formed in the upstand film. The dial filter (3) is welded onto the front face (5) of the upstand film (1).
