This invention refers to hand instruments, which are intended for drying, and can be used for gluing thermoplastic film with hot air. It is suggested (Fig. 1) to make the heating element in the form of a shell with a heat-isolating insert, of which the inner surface of the electric heater spiral is placed with ceramic insulators, and clapped freely along all its length.
