The apparatus provides quick & precise tuning by measuring the pitch of the piano string electronically. The apparatus comprises: a pitch input processing unit amplifying the input of piano string, a memory unit storing the standard frequency and cento value of all keys, a CPU (8) processing data by perceiving the key number according to the input of operating switch, a counter-timer circuit (5) oscilating the target frequncy, a frequncy decrimination unit filtering the frequency of the target key, a measured frequency demultiplying circuit, a LED bar scope (16) outputting the defference between the target frequency and the measured frequency visually.
