Usual farming tractor need about 20-80 hp transmission and this means the transmission has several transmitting rates. But usual tractors have not the capability of simultaneous transmitting of multiple gears on multiple axis. This invention provides proper transmitting system for transmission which has multiple homogeneous gears. By selective or combinative operation of main shifting lever 1 (35) and forward/backward shifting lever, it can get 4 step forward and 2 step backward shift.
