The phone holder safely keeps the phone under irregular vibrations while the automobile is driven, holds it irrespective of the size, and freely selects the hooking position. The holder comprises a holding device (4) arranged at a back face of a body plate (3) with more than 2 bosses corresponding to a holding screw (1); a tightening device (5) elastically holding the phone; an adjustment device (6) adjusting the open part of a variably movable gripper (13); the movable gripper (13) having a tightening cushion object (12); a tightening gripper (20) supported by a spring (17); a movable plate (23) moving in the direction of a screw (22); the screw (22) having rotatable ends installed at the body plate (3).
