PURPOSE:To make it possible to improve productivity by a method wherein a press to pierce a strip-shaped filter is provided over the caps arranged with their open side positioned upward, the filters punched by the press are incorporated into the openings on the caps as they are to facilitate the assembly. CONSTITUTION:A press to pierce a strip-shaped filter 22 is provided over a cap 1 arrange with its openside positioned upward so as to incorporate the filter 9 into the opening of the cap 1 as it is. For example, when the opening is arranged by a parts feeder, with the opening positioned upward, and the cap 1 moving in the direction of the arrow C with a velt is positioned under the guide groove 20b of a metal mold 20, then, a punch 21 displaces in the direction of A' pierce a strip-shaped filter 22, and the pierced filter is contained in the cap 1 through the guide groove 20b as it is. The cap 1 containing the filter 9 elastically bends the outlet section 9a of the filter 9 by means of a inserting rod or air pressure as required to fix the filter 9 to the cap 1. |
