PURPOSE:To use a plastic element as an element for a neuro-computer employing an organic molecule by using a lead phtalocyanine thin-film. CONSTITUTION:A lead phthalocyanine thin-film is employed as a plastic element. That is, the plastic element is realized by utilizing the change of the state of resistance and the generation of a switching phenomenon by applying voltage to the lead phthalocyanine thin-film. Since a resistance value is changed by a stimulus from the outside and the resistance value is stored even after the stimulus is eliminated in the thin-film, the change and storage of the resistance value correspond to the alternation of weighting to an input signal in a nerve network, and the thin-film can be employed as the plastic element. Accordingly, the plastic element capable of being used as an element in a neuro-computer is acquired. |
