An anti-theft device for attachment to a steering wheel of a vehicle of the type comprising a rim which is connected to a hub by means of at least one spoke, the anti-theft device comprises a body portion 12 adapted for releasable and lockable engagement with the steering wheel, the body portion including abutment means 48 arranged to engage the rim of the steering wheel on circumferentially opposite sides of the spoke so as to prevent circumferential movement of the body portion with respect to the steering wheel; means for adjusting the spacing between said abutment means so as to accommodate spokes of differing circumferential dimensions; and arm means 28 extending outwardly from the body portion and adapted to inhibit rotation of the steering wheel by engagement with an interior surface of the vehicle. <IMAGE> |
