PURPOSE:To save the power consumption of a device by performing battery saving operation according to a timing, owned by itself, when it can not receive a BS-SYNC signal from a base station at the timing, at which it should receive it on account of fading or the like. CONSTITUTION:The BS-SYNC signal (synchronizing signal for battery saving) from the base station is inputted to the antenna 11 of a slave station through a repeater station. Then, it is demodulated by a radio apparatus 12, and further, the BS-SYNC signal is received by a BS-SYNC signal detection circuit 13. Then, when the said signal is detected, one input of an OR circuit 17 comes to be '1', and further, is inputted to the reset of an FF 15, and the output Q of the FF 15 comes to be '0'. As the result, a switch 16 is turned off and a power from a power source 19 comes not to be supplied to the radio apparatus 12. At the same time, the output of '1' from the OR circuit 17 is inputted to a timer circuit 14, and after prescribed time, it is inputted to the set input of the FF 15, and the output Q of it comes to be '1', and consequently, the power from the power source 19 is supplied to the radio apparatus 12. |
