PURPOSE:To operate a desired processing, and to attain valid utilization by using inputted position coordinate data, and finding the present position of the transmitting and receiving party. CONSTITUTION:A pen input device 3 is equipped with a liquid crystal display 3A and a sensor layer 3B. The display 3A connected with a pen input control unit 31 displays picture data on a display face 3C. Also, the sensor layer 3B connected with the unit 31, and arranged under the display 3A detects the position of a pen ton 55A of an input pen 55. Then, a GPS user device 8 performs a prescribed arithmetic operation by a coordinate arithmetic device based on data detected by the sensor layer 3B, obtains position coordinate data, and outputs the position coordinate data to a personal communicator 1. The communicator 1 uses the input data by a position coordinate data using means, and operates transmission and reception with the other party connected with a public communications line. Then, the desired processing can be operated based on the data of the present position, and the valid utilization with high convenience can be attained.
