PURPOSE:To make the picture quality of a displayed thick line excellent and improve the quality of the processor by preventing the start point of drawn thick line from deviating. CONSTITUTION:The figure display processor which draws a figure by drawing lines in a rectangular area is equipped with a moving direction detecting means 11 which calculates the start point and end point of a center line drawn in the rectangular area and detects direction of movement to a Y coordinate when the calculated inclination of the center line exceeds a certain angle to an X coordinate, or direction of movement to the X coordinate when the calculated inclination of the center line is less than a certain angle to the X coordinate, a drawing coordinate calculating means 13 which calculates the start coordinates of a line drawn from the moving direction of the center line detected by the moving direction detecting means, and a drawing means 15 which corrects deviation of the line pattern of the drawn line for the start coordinates calculated by the drawing coordinate calculating means and draws a corrected line repeatedly by the number of the drawn thick lines. |
