PURPOSE:To prevent the erasure of information recorded on an optical disk by performing track drawing by setting a laser with a first power, rotating the optical disk quicker than a first speed and making the laser power larger. CONSTITUTION:An optical disk 1 is rotated at a first speed by means of track drawing means 35, 4 for controlling the position of a track on the optical disk 1 and a control means 33 for a rotating motor for controlling the number of revolution of the optical disk 1. A laser 5 is set to be a first power by means of a laser power control means 21, track drawing is performed by means of a track drawing means 35, the optical disk 1 is rotated at a second speed higher than the first speed after drawing and the laser 5 is made to have a second power larger than the first power by means of the laser power control means 21. After rotating the optical disk at the second speed and setting the laser to the second power, even when reproduction is executed with the first speed and the first power, an irradiation part with the laser is not heated and the information recorded on the optical disk is not erased. |
