PURPOSE:To easily and accurately estimate revolution speed in a system for estimating the revolution speed of a motor without the use of a sensor at the time of controlling the revolution speed of a motor by an inverter. CONSTITUTION:This revolution speed controller has a three-phase inverter 2, a motor 1, a speed estimation means, an ROM 5 and an ROM controlling circuit, wherein the inverter 2 is controlled in accordance with a voltage vector data read out from the ROM 5. The estimated angular velocity omegam of a motor is sought by subtracting a slip angular velocity ws from an inverter frequency omega0. |
