PURPOSE:To improve the electromagnetic environment of a load by connecting the connection point between first and second capacitors to the tap of a tap inductance connected to a power supply terminal in parallel or a neutral point terminal. CONSTITUTION:Smoothing capacitors CA and CB are connected between power lines 7 and 8 connected to the DC output terminal of a converter 1. The connection point N between the capacitors CA and CB is connected to a neutral point terminal P via a connection PN, thus preventing the voltage between the neutral point on the side of a power supply EO and power lines 7 and 8 from fluctuating greatly by the switching operation of switches Q1-Q4 of the converter 1. Furthermore, the voltage between the neutral point of a load 3 and the neutral point on the side of the power supply EO is hardly disturbed by the switching of the converter 1, thus effectively reducing trouble noise to the load 3 or other electronic devices and hence improving the electromagnetic environment on the side of the load 3. |
