<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently design a three-dimensional object while confirming the shape and the material of it by efficiently performing feedback of the reaction corresponding to the shape and the feel of material of the object three- dimensionally displayed on a display to an operator in real time. CONSTITUTION:The display 60 displays the object and a virtual hand. A linkage mechanism 40 is provided with plural joints so as to rotate linked with the movement of a grip 30. A grip posture detection means 10 detects the posture of the grip 30 by the rotation operation of the linkage mechanism 40. A picture processing means 50 outputs three-dimensional display data of the virtual hand on the display 60 and calculates the strength and the direction of reaction force from the object when the object and the virtual hand touch each other. A grip attitude changing means 20 controls the linkage mechanism 40 with reaction data from the picture processing means 50. Thereby, this device can efficiently design the three-dimensional object while confirming its shape and material.</p> |
