<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the failure beforehand by temporally detecting and automatically recording the information of a facility to be detected by a preliminarily arranged sensor, transmitting the recording information to the information processing system, and combining it with the preliminarily recorded information in the system to diagnose the facility. CONSTITUTION:A vibrometer 1 is mounted on each pump in a factory, the vibration of the pump is detected and digitalized, and transmitted to an IC card writer nearby, and the measured values, the kind of the measurement, the time of the measurement or the like are temporally recorded in the IC card. The cards are collected by an operator on the scheduled or unscheduled manner, and are brought together in a gage room, and the recorded information is read by the IC card reader of the information processing system 2. The system 2 holds various security information according to the regions to be measured, the kind of the measurement or the like, and the existence of abnormalities of the pump is diagnosed.</p> |
