<p>PURPOSE:To provide the title strain stripper of multilayer printed wiring board for surely and efficiently stripping the strain of the board formed by a hot press. CONSTITUTION:The title strain stripper is provided with a heating device 1 having a fixed heating plate 6 and a movable heating plate 7 oppositely arranged, a cooling system 2 comprising plural laminated cooling boards 24 liftably mounted, a carrier means 9 carrying a substrate heated by the heating device 1 to the cooling system 2, a supporting means 25 for supporting an arbitrary cooling board 24 in a specific position of the cooling system 2 as well as another carrier means 50 and a protrusion 36 discharging the substrate cooled down between respective cooling plates 35. On the other hand, the supporting means 25 has a supporting member reciprocatively provided in a supportable position so that the arbitrary cooling board 24 may be supported by mounting the protrusion 36 on the supporting member located in the supportable position of the supporting means 25.</p> |
