CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive film with a base film and a unicolored photosensitive resin layer is stuck on a transparent substrate so that the colored photosensitive resin layer faces the transparent substrate, a prescribed pattern is formed by exposure and development is carried out after the base film is peeled off. A multicolored pattern is formed by repeating those processes and a color filter is produced. At this time, the unicolored photosensitive resin layer is treated with water and then stuck on the transparent substrate. The objective color filter is produced.</p> |
